Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Set parameters for the dRICH in src/tools/default_flags_table/reco_flags.py and src/algorithms/digi/PhotoMultiplierHitDigiConfig.h.

Describe the solution you'd like Validate the algorithm with the tuned parameters. Check ADC, TDC spectra, QE impact, ...

Hopefully it is resolved as reco-flags are gone
