epic: rename from epic-eic #627

Briefly, what does this PR introduce?

This PR renames epic-eic to just epic. Originally we named athena-eic that way because a package athena already existed. For epic there is no overlap (nor does overlap lead to issues anymore).

Tested locally, and concretizes correctly for both epic and epic-eic. Installs correctly for epic.
