Briefly, what does this PR introduce?

Add macros demonstrating how to:

read a file with PODIO frames
dump all PODIO collections in a file

Macros are also shared at https://gist.github.com/c-dilks/b1c6f23018c9dacb1ac6ad3072e54e7b

This PR also shows what updates need to be made to AnalysisEpicPodio to enable full PODIO frame support.
