- I apologize for the lack of some scripts. The missing DCN_master.py and postprocessing.py have been added.
- We do not provide any pretrained models because our study assumes transductive setting.
- The instructions on how to run the code will take some time.

Hello, I recently read your paper ：Sequential semi supervised segmentation for serial electron microscope image with small number of labels. I'm very interested. I want to learn from you and do some comparative experiments. However, when I reproduced the experiment in your paper, I found that the code on GitHub was incomplete, lacking DCN_ master.py and postprocessing.py files. Can you upload the complete code and pre training model? Please explain in detail how to run this program. Thank you very much.
