Fix Fomod install destination #1

Currently FOMOD installation is putting all the files in Data/Data, the fomod specification apparently regards "." as the top folder and writing Data/ creates a subfolder instead. Installation is broken at the moment.

I tested the changes on MO2 and they seemed to work (I'm a MO2 dev btw).

Thank you for the PR. I've been too busy to check the forum lately, so this is very helpful. I will do the merge tomorrow and release it after checking it works.
