I'm also using Lootable cars and trucks. Most of the time it works fine. Sometimes though I have to manually loot the vehicle. I'm not sure why, and whether it's a bug on their side or yours, or a setting. Note: I have range set to 2 but even if I'm close enough to loot myself and pressed against these vehicles. I'm not sure which side this problem is on, probably wouldn't have reported if it wasn't only sometimes.
Does the bug occur even when only this Mod is enabled?
No, the bug does not occur if other Mods are disabled
Sadly it's walk around until you find a vehicle that won't loot. Currently at the national guard post and have noticed a couple. I'm not certain if which ones is consistent between playthroughs and loads though.
