[BUG]: "Sampling method" and "Upscaler" are not changing. #2

Is there an existing issue for this?

Bug Description

Since gradio 3.23, the dropdown specifications have been changed, and as a result, the values of "Sampling method" and "Upscaler" are no longer reflected. I am currently considering a solution for this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Save "Sampling method" or "Upscaler" to the style.
  2. In the Web UI, change the "Sampling method" or "Upscaler" to some other value.
  3. Select the saved style and press the Apply style button.
  4. Confirm that the value has not been changed.

Resolved in version 1.3.0.
