missing Classes? #1

This looks interesting, however I can't get it to run, because the classes for Utility, Midi, InputDevice, ControlChangeMessage seem to be missing. Any pointers much appreciated.

Hi robotfunk -- I've been building this as part of a single project so didn't realise the dependencies weren't contained within.

The latest commit should include all that's needed to get it running.

Just take note this is very pre-alpha...
