Set base URL for blogs to /blog/

User Story

• As a content consumer, content manager, and SEO manager
• I am accustomed to the base URL for blog posts to include /blog/
• Which signals to me and search engines such as Google that the content is:
  • a freeform, point-in-time blog post,
  • distinguishing it from more structured, typically evergreen content such as marketing pages and documentation

To do:

• [x] Inventory current blog posts in /webui/apps/docs/src/content/post (see below)
• [ ] For each file, change the metadata > canonical URL to include /blog/ in its base. For example, change https://www.eidolonai.com/agent_machine to https://www.eidolonai.com/blog/agent_machine (see below)
• [ ] Set page redirects in webui/apps/docs/astro.config.mjs
• [ ] TEST to make sure redirects work

Not necessary if redirects function, but easy enough to do and good cleanup:

• [ ] Inventory files with links to existing blog posts (e.g. there are links to https://www.eidolonai.com/what-is-apu in the docs, blogs, and python code)
• [ ] Update links to blog posts with the new canonical URLs that include /blog/ in the base

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] All existing and new blog posts are accessible by https://www.eidolon.com/blog/<title>
• [ ] All existing links (see below) redirect to the new URL with the /blog/ base.
