[ problem ] Misconfigured yaml file errors are hard to read #843

when I have a yaml file that is not valid due to missing fields, the error reported when starting the server should be actionable and point me to

  1. the yaml file that is misconfigured
  2. the portion of the yaml file that is wring
  3. the docs for the misconfigured resource
