[ feature ] API tool that does not require openapi

I as a dev would like to be able to hit simple endpoints (ie bing search) that are not documented with openapi

• [ ] Create proposal for new logic unit
• [ ] implement said logic unit
• [ ] Beautiful auto-docs that allow devs to self-start
