Given that Posthog is running when people download and run Eidolon
When errors occur that we don't expect, or regressions occur
Eidolon should receive alerts so we can address those problems as quickly as possible

Tasks:

[ ] determine what kinds of errors to track
[ ] create an alerting system to be automatically notified or easy to find those errors
