Updates to assist new developers

Updated README to reference needed version of Flutter. Project fails to build on the latest version of Flutter. Issue is related to this: https://docs.flutter.dev/release/breaking-changes/windows-version-information
Created secrets.dart.example which can be copied to secrets.dart to get the app to build and run without connectivity/profile storage/etc.

I'm about to head out the door to go camping for a week. When I get back I'll take a closer look and get this in. 👍

Now that somebody other than me is interested, I really should setup a test server too so the secrets can be shared.
