Deploy new code on Pis #13

I have started this.

I've deployed the new software on most of the Galton Pis. The exceptions are the broken one and the server, which I'm having difficulty connecting to the Internet.

I've put the code on the server Pi, but the new (Python 3) Galton server doesn't run (although I haven't tried it plugged in, the old version at least starts when not plugged into the Galton board). I kept the old code, so we can still use that until we debug this.

I should also mention that I have kept the old code as a fallback on all devices. It can be started from the desktop in the usual way. There are new shortcuts (with icons) for the new version.

All Pis now have the new code and the server code has been updated for Python 3.
