Apparently HackMD has a size limit on the documents you create and we've apparently hit it with this week's TC meeting. We can't trim down the size of past minutes but we can split the document in two; one for 1H 2022 and one for 2H. To not kill existing links to the latest minutes we should extract the old minutes to a new document (and make sure things are synced to GitHub).
Motivation
We obviously want to continue using HackMD for collecting minutes and without culling old minutes the split is necessary.
Exemplification
N/A
Benefits
Continued use of HackMD for TC meeting minutes.
Possible Drawbacks
Too bad we have to split the document but we have no other choice at this point. Hopefully the list of open actions won't be as long next year so this is hopefully a one-off problem.
