eiffel-cdevents-translator

Description

A translator to convert Eiffel events to CDEvents and vice versa. An event received by "eiffel-cdevents-translator", will be translated to other type of event and send to the appropriate events-broker which is configurable.

Given a recent comment on another proposed project, I'd propose to rearrange the name for this new project to "eiffel-translator-cdevents", so that we could easily group possible coming translators to other protocols or use cases.
