Description

Today we do not describe any branching strategy for our repositories.

Motivation

With no branching strategy our maintainer have to invent one of their own if they need one.

Exemplification

A proposed branching strategy can be based on https://github.com/eiffel-community/eiffel-remrem/blob/master/overview.md#branching-strategy

Benefits

Suggesting a branching strategy would help our maintainer when needing to branch their projects.

Possible Drawbacks

As we only propose a branching strategy I can't see any drawback with this
