We want to send Eiffel event for our own tools. We propose to start this work by POCing sending Eiffel event within Eiffel services running as container within Nordix.
The POC would consist of
[ ] 1. Trigger event sending from the workflow connected to a GitHub PR being pushed or merged.
[ ] 2. Enable a way to see the event sent from a URL
[ ] 3. Connect back to GitHub from Eiffel events
