Add asy2Use builds & test via Travis

We shouldn't use Travis anymore, but instead GitHub Actions

The aim of this ticket is to do some basic testing of E2U.

• Is it going to start?
• Any error preventing it to start?
• Static code lint checking of scripts and docker/kubernertes files
