Add a CI pipeline which installs Eiffel bundle via Easy2Use, it waits until all pods are in Running phase and the mongodb-seed Job is Completed, then it prints the pods and the ingresses. Finally, it removes the Eiffel bundle via Easy2Use and the namespace is deleted.
That is the first version of the pipeline which will be improved in the future.
