Fix broken link to Flow Context definition #2

Applicable Issues

https://eiffel-community.github.io/eiffel-sepia/ contained a broken link to the FlowContextDefinition event, and used two different namings in the same page to refer to Flow context.

Description of the Change

Updated the link to point to the right file. Renamed the link to match the naming at the top of the page.

Alternate Designs

Benefits

Avoid broken links in the documentation, and aligned naming conventions for flow context.

Possible Drawbacks

None.

This change was already fixed in #3 so I'm closing this issue.
