The Broadcaster plugins fulfills both roles
Well, I guess it does. It certainly sends ActT and ActC but it doesn't perform any orchestration on its own, i.e. it just translates what Jenkins does.
The Eiffel Jenkins Plugin is actually dead (if not, we should link to both)
The repo has been essentially empty since its inception three years ago so I don't think there's any reason to link to it. If things get added to it we should of course reintroduce the link.

Description of the Change
Use the correct URL in the links to the Eiffel Jenkins plugin. The repository previously linked to (in the eiffel-community GitHub organization) is just an empty placeholder. The active repository resides in the jenkinsci organization.
