Show the power of Eiffel

Exemplification

A company wanting to implement DORA can see that this can be done with Eiffel.

Benefits

As DORA metrics are widely used to for measurement it would benefit the Eiffel community to show how to use Eiffel to complete the measurements.

Possible Drawbacks

None that I can see.

Comment from community meeting on Dec 8th:

• All DORA metrics can be described with the current event types (incl ArtD), for certain use cases (if they don't require a service event)
• ID need to have a link to ArtD/ArtP/ArtC(?)
• We need to describe scenarios with event types, links and how to calculate DORA metrics depending on what scenario is valid
