Add example for describing confidence levels for both SW and HW #369

Description of the Change

During the Eiffel Summit 2023.1 I presented the conclusion of the discussion for describing software and hardware. This PR documents this conclusion as an example. (See YouTube recording for more information)

Alternate Designs

I did not consider any other alternative as I intended to document the conclusion.

Benefits

Documentation of how to express confidence in a combination of hardware and software

Possible Drawbacks

None that I can think of.

Shouldn't we also describe how to define the confidence level for a specific hardware instance, i.e. using ED events, as we discussed on the summit? Or did we say that we should wait with that part for some reason that I've forgotten?
