Update to use the new SSE service instead of the ETOS API implemenation.
Alternate Designs
No alternatives to the new service. For the update that ETOS client now knows about the API endpoints, we could have had the ETOS API return the endpoints, but it just feels like a bit of a hassle to update the client if we do that.
Benefits
This will reduce the load on the ETOS API, which is already on its knees.
Possible Drawbacks
Another service in ETOS. Not a big problem.
The fact that we assume endpoints in the Client may be a problem if users deploy ETOS differently from what we assume.
