Description of the Change

Add cluster name as part of the testrun spec. The cluster name is used by the testrun controller to determine which rabbitmq, messagebus and configuration to use when launching a suite runner.

None

Possible Drawbacks

Another parameter to keep track of, but we need a way to "choose" which cluster to execute in.
