repository ownership #61

any chance of moving the ownership to cakesolutions? This works well as part of the pragmatic bakery series.

I am going to move it to the eigengo repository, which is now my open source umbrella playground. I'll tidy up the issues here, but new issues should be created at eigengo/scalad.
