Fix error in the cookie modal during creation a new cookie #19

We don't need a built in validation, because it will be checked by the validation rules. At the same time it brakes the logic in some installations.

Sorry, the target branch was wrong and I tried to remerge your changes in the proper branch. I somehow was not able to and just quickly changed it myself in a commit.
