Various features that'd be great to have #11

list all missing files
remove all files that aren't part of an installed mod (i.e. clean up)
download/backup all mods
restore mod (as mentioned in #6, mentioning it here again since that issue is over 2 years old)

I have only glanced at the code and I don't know how much time I'd be able to dedicate to this project, but generally speaking: I'd be happy to help with this.

Maybe removing all files associated with a given json might be useful, too? I know many mods share files, but you could run a quick pre-fetch of other ones after deleting one if that's worrysome. Some mods just have a ton of files which you might just want to get rid of to save some space if you're not using it anymore.

This would also address the problem brought up in #13.
