As in, an individual could use FediBlockHole to subscribe to blocklists that are maintained by people they trust that keep their own personal blocklists up to date. FediBlockHole could also be used to export personal lists to contribute to a trusted community blocklist.
This would be complementary to the instance-level blocklists that FediBlockHole was originally designed for.
