No way to extend palette limit, #41

Almost every free and open source palette creator out there does not limit how many color palettes you can make. I also can't extend the amount of color slots I can use, when I regularly use 7-12 variations of the same color.

Rickrack does not limit the number of colors, you can add new colors by clicking the “Add More Colors” button in the "Mange" Sidebar.
