deps: upgrade blockifier-related dependencies

This PR upgrades following dependencies:

• blockifier(the latest available version at the time of creating the PR: 0.8.0-rc.2)
• starknet_api (exact match of the version used in blockifier: 0.13.0-rc.1)
• cairo-vm (exact match of the version used in blockifier: 1.0.1)
• starknet_crypto (the latest available version at the time of creating the PR: 0.7.1)

Extra dependency was added (starknet-types-core) to match the Felt type used in blockifier.

Also some effectively dead code from utils/tests got removed.
