Mega menus #24

Menus continue to be a complex challenge on each website build we do, especially those with mega menus. We should as a team work together to find a robust solution for building mega menus. Weather that is through full site editing, or simplifying the current menu walker approach whilst making it more flexible.

I do wonder if block template parts could be used some how in this approach, but again to be discussed.
