Try to configure duracelltomi-google-tag-manager during install #13

See if we can pre-configure some duracelltomi-google-tag-manager settings before we know the GTM install ID. If so automatically apply some of our preferences, such as removing the author from the dataLayer.

I've chosen to leave it disabled during install rather than trying to configure it.

This is really a job for our DM team much later in the development cycle so the plugin is now installed and left for them to activate and configure when ready.
