Add command to install Carbon Fields #5

We are removing Carbon Fields from our Orbit plugin so it would be useful to give developers a way to install that on demand when needed.

I suggest adding command wp eighteen73 install-carbonfields which puts the library inside a mu-plugin. Bearing in mind a straightforward Composer install doesn't work because that puts the library outside of Nebula's web root.
