Enabled GitHub pages (with a link to Sphinx docs): http://eightysteele.github.com/Spatial-Data-Library

Sphinx docs are now published to App Engine at http://docs.geo-ds.appspot.com

To generate and deploy Sphinx docs to App Engine:

1) cd into the Sphinx root folder at https://github.com/eightysteele/Spatial-Data-Library/tree/master/app/doc 2) Optionally modify index.rst 2) Generate HTML docs via make html 3) Test locally on dev_server via make appserver 4) Deploy to http://docs.geo-ds.appspot.com via make appupdate
