Custom variant for 'r' with base serif

It's funny because the earliest version of Commit actually had a serif bottom r. I'll consider adding it as an alt.

@eigilnikolajsen this is only tangentially related, but have you considered either making changes to, or offering an alternative for the current "r" -- to make it a bit wider? To my eye at least, it seems very narrow; it's especially evident when there are multiple r's in a row, like: error. Do you have any thoughts on this?

out of curiosity @eigilnikolajsen - do you have a sense of when the next release/version of commit mono might go out? (no pressure at all - just for keeping my curiosity under control)
