reconnect to a WLAN session and basic range settings will be default #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change the basic range model in a WLAN to some non-default value (e.g. 
range=500)
2. start the scenario
3. exit and leave it running
4. reconnect
5. open WLAN config dialog and defaults still exist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

reconnect needs to send basic_range config info
