Rule refs inside text templates #1

Maybe allow syntax with semicolons i.e. [blah X; bleh Y; blarg Z] so rule refs can go next to one another inside template text?

Maybe we'll just change the syntax to

"Sdfhjhftybb[[ruleref][param]]kvnjft"

That also makes sense with directives cause both are sort of an "escape hatch" mechanism for communicating meta information
