Refactor the Protocol #134

I'm registering the desire to change the protocol. Instead of using the Cloudstate protocol as a base, I propose to create our own protocol. I will try in the next few days to make a draft and publish it as a draft so that everyone can comment and contribute.

I will keep everyone informed of my progress.
