mp4 files stopped working again. Using 1.14 SNAPSHOT aacc6a7a. This has been fixed already but seems to be an issue again.

Steps:

Upload MP4 Video Try playing it > Videoplayer opens but remains w/o content.

no error -> debug showing 206 Partial Content Tested with Firefox / Chrome / Edge
