Address Imports don't update country or state #68

It appears that, for whatever column is mapped to "State Province ID", that value is imported as "Address Name". We are running multi-site CiviCRM [5.58.1] and CSV GUI Import to api 1.12. A test import file is attached.

@eileenmcnaughton @MegaphoneJon I see you're both active contributors here. Do you happen to know of someone (yourself perhaps) who would like to fix this bug under a paid arrangement? I'm interested in getting this fixed soon. Thanks.

@daitken7491 Try the version released today? It looks like there was a fix made in May.

@MegaphoneJon version 1.13 does not fix this issue.
