added container-fluid to pages #99

Added a container that encapsulates all page contents site-wide, gave it a class of container-fluid and removed side padding with p-0.

Closes #98

There are some div naming issues on index.php but I know another team is getting that page in order for pr #79 so I left them as is.

took away extra spaces and unnecessary break tags across the site, the apply page will need some bootstrap styling but that is beyond the scope of this ticket.
