Forbid user to change the display name as it can be a proof of her/his identity if connected with PSC id provider.
Based on the env var SYNAPSE_ENABLE_CHANGE_DISPLAYNAME so that, in preprod env it can still be set to true which is useful for demos purposes.

Also set password login in extra config, so, if password login forbidden, it won't fail when running for the first time.
Both value tested in lagraulet env.
