I added support for Visual Studio 2012.

If you want, feel free to pull the change into the master branch and update the VSIX on the Visual Studio Gallery.

Thanks for this. It'll take me a while to get it merged and published though, I currently only have access to VS Express, and I'm not sure if I can use the VS SDK with that. I'll check it out in the next few days. Thanks again.

Well, finally got it merged, built and published. Version 1.1 is uploaded to VS gallery, you are listed as a contributor in the source code comments. Thanks again :)
