Path of page in header glitch with Giscus comments

Problem

I noticed that while someone sign in the Giscus app to add a comment on the blog post, it returns a long url string making the header of page (containing URL path) very unstable and problematic.

Expected behavior

The navbar should display the route without the giscus url string appended to it.
