rest api gigover

I can run the rest API locally. to make it work I need to over some steps.

• launch the project from intellij
• open localhost:8080
• open insomni/postman

[einargudnig]

• Sometimes I need to verify the user with insomnia/postman.
• Sometimes it's enough to restart the server, if the verification doesn't work
