Referring to https://starttls.info/about you use the rating guide of ssllabs. But it's not up to date (e.g. RC4 and SSL 3 are weak, not supporting TLS 1.2 and Forward secrecy is weak etc.)

I'm adding this to the updated scanner. No ETA yet, but as soon as I manage.
