Fix issue with timezone Fix issue with pulseaudio in polybar, probably need to fix audio shortcuts as well

Somewhat fixed issue with showing percentages (commit ) in audio, though they are not showed when system launches

Fixed timezone in 136fbbbdd4c47c1498e00bc44ec63a4db0b727af, now only need to fix issue with audio shortcuts and absent values of percentages when loading the system
