FR: Config customization #62

Hi, I want to use this with Postgresql but there's no config customization option.

Ideally, it can have predefined option in config.json.

Or having /addons_config/********_freshrss directory can be alternative so that advanced user can fix config there.

Please make customazation option.

So far, there was little to none request for above features.

Since I am busy, I will keep this ticket open. PRs are welcome.
